It all started with an idea that led us to a goal we believed in from the very beginning. Through determination and expertise, we have succeeded in achieving every goal we set for our client.

We began with replacing the former image of Taxi Auto Cobălcescu (a department that was completely disbanded years ago) with a new image of Dacia, Renault, Nissan, BMW and MINI Authorised Dealer and Service. And this turned out to become a successful image, powered by every customer who crosses their threshold, in order to purchase or repair a car.

As the largest integrated multi-brand auto complex in Romania (dealer, service and damage report office), we suggested an efficient marketing and software architecture that was immediately approved.

Objectives and challenges

Mutual trust and communication were the keys to success. A year later, we have succeeded in becoming an example amongst Dacia, Renault and Nissan (Renault Group) dealers.
 

We worked hard every day and managed to build an architecture that worked very well, but we never stopped optimizing. That's what we're still doing. We are looking for ways to become even more efficient so that we can help every customer who interacts with Auto Cobălcescu, whether they want to buy a car (new or used), repair a car or fleet, become a partner or an employee. 
 

Apart from these positive intents, our specialized knowledge and over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry helped us build a plan that could be implemented immediately (January 2019).

Brand Identity

After implementing the web architecture, we started communicating the new identity using a friendly approach, with the clear goal of satisfying customers who need Auto Cobălcescu's services and products.

SEO

The SEO optimization strategy has played an important role since the first phase of the project and it would generate great results a year later.

Google Ads

Google Ads (Google Search and Google Display) was initially the main performance channel, followed by Facebook Ads. The results are, of course, confidential.

Facebook & Instagram

To avoid being financially overwhelmed in terms of advertising budgets, we started to maximize efficiency through Facebook and Instagram campaigns. 

Once the website design was completed, we decided it was also necessary to change the brand identity. We wanted to make it more user-friendly, with clear differentiating factors, based on the mission, vision, brand values and the purpose of Auto Cobălcescu in this market.
